1. بيانات اللعب المحلية

2. Google Play Games والنقاط والإنجازات

قد تعالج Google نشاط اللعب ومعلومات الجهاز والأداء لتقديم خدماتها وتحسينها وحمايتها. يمكنك إدارة حساب الدخول وظهور ملفك من إعدادات خصوصية Play Games. لا تطلب اللعبة كلمة مرور حساب Google.
3. الحفظ السحابي الاختياري
بعد اختيار ربط تقدمك بالحفظ السحابي، تُرسل نسخة من تقدم المراحل والصعوبات والنتائج والنجوم والعملات والعناصر المملوكة وسجلات المكافآت، مع معرّف اللاعب وبعض عدادات تكرار الإعلانات، إلى Google Play Games Saved Games المرتبطة بحساب اللعب. تتم المزامنة تلقائيًا عند حفظ تقدم جديد أو العودة إلى اللعبة وتوفر الاتصال، لتستطيع استعادة تقدمك على جهاز آخر. تشمل النسخة وصفًا للتقدم ووقت التحديث، ولا تتضمن بيانات بطاقتك أو إيصال شراء إزالة الإعلانات.
عندما تتطلب المزامنة الاختيار بين نسخة الجهاز والنسخة السحابية، تعرض اللعبة النسختين للاختيار؛ ولا تجمع العملات أو المكافآت من نسختين. يمكنك اللعب والحفظ محليًا دون ربط التقدم بالسحابة. إدارة حساب Google Play Games وإمكانية دخول اللعبة إليه تتم من إعدادات Google؛ والتوقف عن استخدام المزامنة لا يمسح البيانات الموجودة.
4. الإعلانات وخيارات الخصوصية
تستخدم اللعبة Google AdMob للإعلانات البينية وفيديوهات المكافآت الاختيارية. تجمع خدمة الإعلانات بيانات تشمل عنوان IP، الذي قد يُستنتج منه الموقع التقريبي، والتفاعل مع التطبيق والإعلانات، ومعلومات الأداء والتشخيص، ومعرّفات مثل معرّف إعلانات أندرويد ومعرّف مجموعة التطبيقات، ومعرّفات أخرى مرتبطة بالحساب عند انطباقها. تُستخدم لتقديم الإعلانات وقياس أدائها وتحليل الاستخدام ومنع الاحتيال. تتأثر المعالجة والتخصيص بإعداداتك والموافقات المطبقة؛ والإعلانات غير المخصصة قد تظل تستخدم بيانات للتشغيل والقياس والحماية.

5. إزالة الإعلانات ومضاعفة العملات
توفر اللعبة شراءً دائمًا غير استهلاكي عبر Google Play Billing لإزالة جميع الإعلانات ومضاعفة عملات المراحل المؤهلة. بعد تأكيد الاستحقاق تتوقف طلبات الإعلانات وتختفي أزرار الفيديو. لا يحذف هذا الشراء بيانات إعلانية سابقة، ولا يوقف معالجة المشتريات أو خدمات الألعاب التي تستخدمها.
تعالج Google الدفع؛ ولا نستقبل رقم بطاقتك أو رمزها الأمني. تستقبل اللعبة بيانات المنتج وحالة الشراء ورمزه والإيصال الموقّع، وتخزّن بيانات الاستحقاق والإيصال على الجهاز للتحقق من الشراء واستعادته للحساب المشتري. تتم مراجعة المشتريات عبر Google Play. أما شراء المظاهر بعملات اللعبة فيُسجّل ضمن تقدمك.
6. النسخ الاحتياطي والاحتفاظ والحذف
تبقى بيانات الجهاز حتى تمسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات أندرويد أو تزيله. قد يتضمن النسخ الاحتياطي لنظام أندرويد تقدم اللعبة وفق إعداداتك، وقد يعيده عند إعادة التثبيت. تُستثنى بيانات إيصال شراء الترقية من هذه النسخة؛ وتستعاد المشتريات من Google Play. النسخ الاحتياطي للنظام منفصل عن الحفظ السحابي داخل اللعبة.
حذف التطبيق وحده لا يحذف بيانات Google Play Games. لحذف بيانات هذه اللعبة، افتح ملف Play Games ثم خيارات بياناتك وحذف بيانات لعبة محددة، واختر Mini Pocket Pool / Pocket Pool. راجع تعليمات Google المحدثة. قد تفقد التقدم والإنجازات والنتائج. احذف النسخ المحلية غير المطلوبة وأدر إعدادات الدخول قبل استئناف اللعب؛ فقد تؤدي مزامنة جهاز يحتفظ بتقدمك إلى رفعه من جديد.
سجلات شراء Google وبيانات الإعلانات وسجل Play تخضع لأدوات Google ومدد الاحتفاظ لديها؛ حذف تقدم اللعبة لا يحذف هذه السجلات تلقائيًا. راجع سياسة الاحتفاظ في Google. لا نستطيع استرجاع حفظ محلي محذوف لا توجد له نسخة احتياطية.
7. الدعم والأمان وحقوقك
إذا راسلتنا، نتلقى بريدك ومحتوى الرسالة والمرفقات التي ترسلها طوعًا للرد على طلبك. نحتفظ بمراسلات الدعم بقدر الحاجة لمعالجة الطلب والمتابعة والالتزامات المطبقة. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو بيانات بطاقات.
تستخدم اللعبة حماية التخزين التي يوفرها أندرويد واتصالات Google المشفّرة أثناء النقل. نتعامل مع البيانات بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الميزات والدعم والحماية والوفاء بالالتزامات المطبقة، ونطلب الموافقة عندما تكون مطلوبة. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل تضمن حماية مطلقة.
تُشارك البيانات المرتبطة بالخدمات الموضحة مع Google ومزوديها أو شركائها بحسب الخدمة وخياراتك، وقد يظهر ملف اللعب ونتيجتك للآخرين وفق إعدادات الظهور. تُعالج مراسلات الدعم عبر خدمة البريد. وقد نفصح عن معلومات عند إلزامنا قانونًا أو لحماية الحقوق والأمان. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية مقابل المال، ولا نرسل تقدم اللعب إلى خادم نشغّله نحن. لا يعني ذلك أن خدمات الإعلانات لا تعالج أو تشارك البيانات كما هو موضح أعلاه.
قد تتم معالجة البيانات خارج بلد إقامتك بواسطة Google ومقدمي الخدمات؛ وتخضع تلك المعالجة لضمانات النقل والقواعد المطبقة وسياسات الجهات المعنية. يمكنك الاطلاع على تفاصيل Google في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

8. الأطفال دون 13 سنة وأولياء الأمور
نولي خصوصية الأطفال دون 13 سنة عناية خاصة. لا نطلب من الطفل إرسال اسمه الحقيقي أو بريده الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفه لأغراض اللعب. ولا يعني ذلك أن اللعبة لا تعالج أي بيانات؛ فقد تعالج خدمات Google المدمجة معرّفات الجهاز وبيانات الاستخدام كما هو موضح في هذه السياسة.
إذا كنت ولي أمر لطفل دون 13 سنة وتعتقد أن بياناته جُمعت أو أُرسلت إلينا دون الموافقة المطلوبة قانونًا، فتواصل معنا عبر TurkaiAli@gmail.com لطلب مراجعتها أو حذفها. سنتخذ الخطوات المناسبة للتحقق من الطلب وحذف البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عندما لا يوجد أساس قانوني للاحتفاظ بها، ونوضح كيفية إدارة البيانات لدى Google. لا ترسل بيانات حساسة عن الطفل لا نحتاج إليها لمعالجة الطلب.

Your data at a glanceYour progress is stored on your device, with cloud synchronization when linked. Google provides ads, purchases and player services. You can manage choices and request data deletion.
This policy explains how Mini Pocket Pool, which may appear as Pocket Pool in some versions, handles your information. The developer is TR Games SA (TRGamesSA). Contact us about privacy at TurkaiAli@gmail.com. This policy covers the Android game, its connected services and support correspondence.
1. Local game data
The game stores level and difficulty progress, stars and gems, best scores, coin balance, owned balls and trails, settings, and reward and in-game coin-purchase records on your device. These support continued play, one-time rewards, and preventing duplicate coins from replaying a level or rewinding a shot.
You can play and save locally without using cloud saves. We do not create a separate developer account or operate a game-data server. The game does not request your contacts, precise location, camera or microphone.
2. Google Play Games, scores and achievements
Google Play Games features use your selected gaming account; sign-in may happen automatically according to your Google settings. The game handles your player ID and display name and submits your total score and earned achievements to Google for leaderboards and achievements. Your gamer name, profile image and score may appear to other players in Google interfaces, subject to your profile and visibility settings.
Google may process gaming activity and device and performance information to provide, improve and protect its services. Manage sign-in and profile visibility through Play Games privacy settings. The game does not request your Google password.
3. Optional cloud saves
After you choose to link your progress to cloud saving, the game sends a copy of your level and difficulty progress, scores, stars, coins, owned items and reward records, together with your player ID and limited ad-frequency counters, to Google Play Games Saved Games under your gaming account. It then synchronizes automatically when progress is saved or you return to the game and connectivity is available, so you can restore progress on another device. Save metadata includes a progress description and update time. The save does not contain payment-card details or the Remove Ads purchase receipt.
When synchronization requires a choice between local and cloud progress, the game presents the saves for you to choose; it does not combine coins or rewards from different saves. You can play and save locally without linking progress to the cloud. Manage the game’s Play Games sign-in and account access through Google settings. Stopping synchronization does not erase existing data.
4. Ads and privacy choices
The game uses Google AdMob for interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos. Its advertising service collects data including IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, performance diagnostics, and identifiers such as Android advertising ID, App Set ID and account-related identifiers where applicable. These support ad delivery, measurement, usage analysis and fraud prevention. Processing and personalization depend on applicable settings and consent; non-personalized ads may still use data for operation, measurement and protection.
The game uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy and consent messages when required, including in regions such as the EEA, UK and Switzerland. You can change choices or withdraw consent through “Privacy choices” in game settings when required and available. Android settings also let you manage your advertising ID. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Watching a rewarded video is optional.
Google’s Privacy Policy and its partner-app data information explain how Google and its partners handle data. The game does not include a separate service such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics; the Google SDKs described here may collect their own operational and diagnostic information.
5. No ads and double coins
The game offers a permanent, non-consumable Google Play Billing purchase that removes all ads and doubles eligible level coins. Once entitlement is confirmed, ad requests stop and video-ad buttons disappear. Buying it does not erase past advertising data or stop purchase processing or the game services you use.
Google processes payment; we do not receive your card number or card security code. The game receives product and purchase-state information, the purchase token and signed receipt. It stores entitlement and receipt records on your device to validate purchases and restore benefits for the purchasing account, and checks purchases through Google Play. Cosmetic purchases made with game coins are recorded in your progress.
6. Backups, retention and deletion
Device data remains until you clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall it. Android system backup may include game progress according to your settings and may restore it after reinstalling. The upgrade purchase receipt is excluded from that backup; purchases are restored through Google Play. System backup is separate from the game's cloud-save feature.
Uninstalling alone does not delete Google Play Games data. To remove this game’s data, open your Play Games profile, find the data and individual-game deletion options, and select Mini Pocket Pool / Pocket Pool. See Google’s current instructions. Progress, achievements and scores may be lost. Remove unwanted local copies and manage sign-in settings before playing again; a device that still holds progress may upload it again when synchronization resumes.
Google purchase records, advertising data and Play History have their own controls and retention rules; deleting game progress does not automatically delete those records. See Google's retention policy. We cannot recover deleted local progress without an available backup.
7. Support, security and your rights
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments you voluntarily provide. We retain support correspondence as needed to handle the request, follow up and meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or card details.
The game uses Android’s storage protections and encrypted connections to Google services. We process data as needed to provide requested features, support and security, meet applicable obligations, and obtain consent where required. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.
Data for the services described above is shared with Google and its providers or partners according to the service and your choices. Your gaming profile and scores may be visible to others according to visibility settings. Support messages are handled through an email service. We may disclose information where legally required or to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information for money or send gameplay progress to a server we operate. This does not mean that advertising services do not process or share data as explained above.
Google and other service providers may process data outside your country, subject to applicable transfer safeguards, rules and their policies. Google describes its handling in its Privacy Policy.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your data, correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data protection authority. Contact us about information we hold, such as support correspondence; we may request limited information to verify your identity. Use Google’s tools to manage Google-account data. We will explain any limits on fulfilling a request. There is no separate TR Games SA game account.
8. Children under 13 and guardians
We give particular care to the privacy of children under 13. We do not ask children to submit their real name, email address or phone number for gameplay. This does not mean that the game processes no data: integrated Google services may process device identifiers and usage data as described in this policy.
If you are the guardian of a child under 13 and believe their information was collected or sent to us without legally required consent, contact TurkaiAli@gmail.com to request review or deletion. We will take appropriate steps to verify the request and delete information we hold when there is no lawful basis to retain it, and explain how to manage information held by Google. Please do not send sensitive information about the child that is unnecessary to handle the request.
Local laws may require special protection or consent for children above the age of 13 as well. An advertising consent choice through UMP is not age verification or verified parental consent. Google-account use is subject to Google’s account, family-supervision settings and policies. A store content age rating does not replace children’s data-protection requirements.
9. This page and external links
This page contains no advertising, tracking or analytics tools added by us and does not store the language selection in cookies. The hosting provider may process technical connection information needed to serve and protect the page. When you follow an external link, the destination’s privacy policy applies.
10. Policy changes
We update this policy and its date when data practices change and provide an in-game notice or request new choices when needed.
